Terence Tjizembua Katjiuanjo, born on 28 October 1984 in Windhoek, Namibia. Currently believed to be in Uganda however also known to spend time in Tanzania and claims to be based in United Kingdom.

He presents himself as a gold and mineral trader and has defrauded multiple individuals of money. He is currently wanted in connection with a fraud investigation.
